These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of impactmarketingky.com (the "Website"), operated by Impact Marketing KY, LLC, a limited liability company owned by Jeff Becraft in Winchester, Kentucky.

I treat all inquiries as confidential per my Privacy Policy. Submitting a form or sending an email does not create a client relationship — that begins only with a signed Service Agreement.

I do not warrant that the Website will be available at all times, that errors will be corrected, or that the Website is free of viruses or other harmful components.

My total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website is limited to $100 USD.

If you become a client, the limitation of liability for service work is governed by the separately-signed Service Agreement, not by this section.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Impact Marketing KY, LLC and Jeff Becraft from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Website, or (c) your violation of any third party's rights.

I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For substantive changes, I'll provide more prominent notice.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Impact Marketing KY, LLC regarding your use of the Website. If you become a client, the signed Service Agreement governs the service relationship and supersedes any conflicting terms here regarding service delivery.
