You’re getting me. The owner. Not an account manager.
If you call, you’re getting me — the guy doing all the work. Not an assistant who’ll take down your name and call you back days later. Direct line, every conversation.
I’m Jeff. I build websites, run Google & Meta ads, and get local shops, trades, and restaurants found by the neighbors looking for them — without the agency markup or the jargon.
Plain English. No account managers. No magic. Just the work, done by a guy who already runs small businesses for a living.
If you call, you’re getting me — the guy doing all the work. Not an assistant who’ll take down your name and call you back days later. Direct line, every conversation.
If I can’t explain it in plain English, I won’t pretend it’s complicated to justify a bigger invoice. I won’t treat you like you’re under-educated because you don’t know the lingo — I’ll explain everything from the start.
By day I’m the assistant manager at Clark Propane Plus — three plants and a satellite. I didn’t come to marketing from an ad agency. I came to it because my employer needed it, and I figured it out the same way you’d have to.
Fast, clean sites that show up well on a phone and actually turn visitors into phone calls — not just pretty galleries.

I learned marketing on the job — running it for Clark Propane Plus across three plants and a satellite location. Every quote we got from a real agency was twice what the work actually cost, padded with words nobody on my team understood.
So I started Impact Marketing KY for the locally-owned shops, trades, and restaurants who’d otherwise get taken advantage of. Same caliber of work. None of the overhead. None of the lingo.
Read the full story →A 30-minute call where I look at what you have — your website, Google Business Profile, current ad spend if you have any — and tell you the three to five things I’d fix first. You leave with a one-page plan you can use whether you hire me or not. No pitch on the back end.
Yes. My retainers run from $197/mo for basic Google Business Profile visibility up to $1,997/mo for full PPC management across Google and Meta — compared to $2,000-$10,000/mo at most Lexington agencies. Websites start at $750 for a single-page site and run to $4,500 for a full 10-page Growth Website, versus $4,000-$8,000+ at the Lexington shops. No office, no account managers, no overhead to pass on to you. Ad spend is always pass-through with zero markup. You’re paying for the work, not the building.
The first 5 clients who commit to a monthly partnership get a packaged deal — retainer at the founding rate locked for 24 months (Local Visibility $147/mo, Local Foundation $397/mo, Local Growth $797/mo, Full Growth $1,497/mo), 30% off any website tier, and 25% off one additional project — all signed together. After the 5 spots are filled, the deal goes away and normal published pricing applies. No fake countdown timer, no “expires tonight” pressure. The spots are limited because I can only take on so many founding clients during the bridge phase of growing this business. See the full Founding Clients breakdown on the pricing page.
No. I offer project work for one-time builds — a new website, a branding package, a print run — and monthly Growth Partnerships if you want me on retainer. Retainers have a 3-month minimum (Local Visibility, Foundation, and Growth) or 6-month commitment for the discounted Full Growth rate, then month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. You pick what fits. We can always start with a single project before talking longer term.
Me. Every conversation, every email, every change to your site goes through me directly. When you call (859) 749-9717, you get the owner — not an account manager who’ll take your name and call you back in a few days.
That’s fine. A lot of folks start with one piece of work — usually a new website or getting their Google Business Profile straightened out — and decide later whether they want help with the rest. Websites come in four tiers: a single-page Spotlight site at $750 for solo operators and food trucks, a 5-page Local Business Website at $2,500 for established small shops, a 10-page Growth Website at $4,500 for multi-service or multi-town businesses, and Custom builds (e-commerce, booking systems) quoted from $6,500. I’d rather build the right thing for what you actually need than sell you a package you don’t.
I work with locally-owned businesses across Central Kentucky — Lexington, Richmond, Georgetown, Mt. Sterling, Nicholasville, Paris, and Versailles. If you’re in the Bluegrass and you run a small business, you’re in my service area.
No pitch on the back end. I’ll look at what you have, give you three to five things I’d fix first, and answer whether you even need to hire someone. If the answer’s no, I’ll say so.
